工作职责：
1、新产品前期质量策划的参与，确认新产品开发品质标准，参与试制问题分析与改进；
2、规划产品合格率统计及控制，实施及分析规划过程能力，产品与过程审核与实施；
3、产品合格率统计及控制培训，对品质人员进行品质外观、制程、全尺寸、性能检验培训；
4、处理客户投诉相关事宜，客户抱怨处理及整改对策实施与验证，推进客户评审对应及不符合项整改；


岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，机械相关专业，
2、有5年以上汽车零部公司的品质管理工作经验；
3、熟悉VDA6.3、VDA6.5或ISO/TS16949,ISO14001,OHSAS18001相关审核经验汽车零部件行业品质管理工作经验；
4、有较强的英语听说读写能力，能顺畅的与海外客户直接沟通；
5、工作责任心强，有较强的团队意识，较强的推动项目开展的能力；

It is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of trim, body structural parts and decorative parts for passenger cars in China, North America and Thailand.
