工作内容：
1、制定项目APQP阶段目标、过程流程图、工程A表、零件特性分级表、原辅材料.配件清单；
2、开发基准评审和确定，主导外来图纸、标准评审，主导基准差异分析；
3、项目同步方案评审会议，包括：制定设计目标、设计计划进度、DFMEA评审、可制造性、可装配性CAE分析；
4、产品同步技术设计，制定Prototype样件制造流程图、制造计划和控制计划，并进行相关验证；
5、负责样件开发；
6、主导项目策划，编制PFMEA,规划相关工装设备，主导模具、治具的开发；


要求：
1、5年以上产品工程师工作经验，要求汽车行业背景；
2、熟悉汽车零部件行业项目开发流程，熟悉各大汽车主机厂相关要求；
3、要求英文听说读写能力优秀；
4、有较强的沟通能力，工作主动积极，结果导向，较强的团队意识。

It is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of trim, body structural parts and decorative parts for passenger cars in China, North America and Thailand.
