POSITION SUMMARY

    

Purpose

    

China Customer Service and Logistics supports China IG business, maintaining high quality database and providing system support is very key for order management and logistics process. Control system process and data quality in LBshell system, SAP. take the power user role of LBshell system, provide quality system training to help LB and MB operation.

    

    

Nature and Scope

    

China Customer service and logistics LBShell power user, covered both Liquid-bulk and micro-bulk business, is a role mainly as system power user, also be responsible for a list of daily tasks according to period operation process.

    

This Power user role also needs to have skill of helping people solving system related issue. Will be part of the team that maintain the data, control data quality, and support to systems we use.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. As LB Shell Power User
2. Request Tool access for end users if need, including:
3. LBShell related access (through IT Now, or Asia system support)
4. ODBC access (through system support)
5. Other CSR or scheduling related report if requested
6. Be able to master and use LBShell various functional modules, understanding system logic, provide “FRONT LINE” support to end users
7. Provide testing support for upgrades, releases, etc
8. Assist in the development of training materials and job aids for end users, including:
9. Prepare LBShell release notification and documents for CSL team
10. Develop and prepare system training materials based on business scenarios
11. Schedule and provide training for LB shell end users.
12. Raise ticket for system issue or enhancement request if needed (to Asia power user)
13. Work as a bridge between Frontline users and Asia/Global LB shell SME

3. Review and maintain data settings in LBShell frequently, including:
4. Customer related
5. Equipment related
6. Terminal
7. Source
8. Etc.
9. Corporate with Moby PU to validate and enhance the flow and accuracy of data entry
10. Work in project of data cleaning to ensure that CI project has good basic data
11. Activate account in LBShell, including:
12. LB and MB customer activation (refer to JA)
13. Equipment activation and data setting
14. Driver activation setting

2. Manage PU common mail box
3. create folders and properly archive historical messages
4. Regularly check emails to ensure that the mail content can be solved or well followed-up in a valid time
5. Refresh data tool and send out daily report every morning, collect and organize the requested responses within an effective time
6. Regularly check PU Wechat group, review and adjust data setting considering driver real-time feedback
7. Other system setting and data review work:
8. Monthly review inactive shipto according to SAP data
9. Monthly review demand type (MB/LB) refer to SAP data
10. Customer location data review
11. Etc.

                                                

    

    

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    

1. 2~3 years work experience in Data and system related area

    

2. Cross-function working skill is needed, strong communication and presentation skills.

    

3. Experience with PPT ,Excel (skilled in using basic functions, such as: replace, vlookup, index, stdev, sumif, etc., basic VBA coding), and other office365 applications

    

4. Have strong language skills, fluent in English both oral and writing.

    

5. Bachelor degree needed.
