职位描述：
Job description

1、To apply plant ERP system organizational structure and define job responsibilities.
2、To be responsible for the module user leaders, end users and other ERP system-related member guidance and work supervision.
3、To organize and assist the module users, end-user operating manuals complete, and training implementation.
(ERP processes, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, financial and other modules, basic data maintenance, etc.)
4、Report to HQ and communicate with relevant key persons in HQ on ERP implementation in plant.

Requirements:
1、Successfully completed business management / technical studies (e.g. business engineer)
2、Several years of work experience in the field of project management and ERP related controlling and process management, ideally in the automotive industry and/or household appliances
3、Minimum 3 years work experience in/with international companies
4、Good technical understanding
5、Distinctive analytical and organizational abilities
6、Independent, systematic work
7、Very good communication and team abilities, professional behaviour
8、Business-fluent English in oral and writing
9、Very good usage of all MS Office applications
10、Excellent understanding of ERP tools in SMCs
