岗位职责：
1、严格按照国家法规，制定并不断完善企业各项财务会计制度及有关规定；
2、负责组织制定本公司的财务计划，年终预、决算的编制工作；
3、负责组织固定资产和资金、成本的核算工作；
4、根据复核的记账凭证记账，编制月度及年度财务报表，各种统计报表的季报及年报工作；
5、负责凭单的装订及保管工作，并按照有关手续进行会计档案的借阅及核发；
6、负责按国家规定进行严格财务内审工作。

任职要求：
1、5年以上在制造型企业从事过会计主管的经验；
2、有很强的沟通能力、亲和力、服务意识和坚决的执行力，成熟稳重，敢于承担，能根据公司的现状作出合理的建议和决策，具有良好的开拓创新精神，具备一定的组织、协调、沟通能力；
