职位描述：
1) JD 工作职责
1. Responsible for organizing the analysis of customer feedback problem solving and continuous improvement;
1.负责组织解决客户反馈问题的分析和持续改进;
2. Responsible for manufacturing quality management in plant, establish robust quality control system with the focus on zero-defect culture, quality policies, standard, processes and procedures) to improve overall quality capability via KPI management daily.
2.负责工厂制造质量管理,建立健全质量管理体系的关注可以顺利文化、品质政策、标准、过程和程序)通过KPI管理每日提高综合素质能力。
3.Analysis in the process of the new product trial production and production of quality problems; Leading the new project quality problem solving；submitting PPAP DOCs to customers and following and monitoring product approval process；
3.分析新产品试生产和生产过程的质量问题,导致新项目质量问题解决;提交PPAP文档给客户和跟踪和监控产品审批流程;
4.Perform other duties assigned by management or superior effectively and efficiently.
4.有效地执行或管理上级安排的其它工作任务。

2) Qualification requirement任职资格
1. University degree majored in Material or Mechanical or Mechatronics
1.大学学历,主修材料或机械或机电一体化
2. Be familiar with TS16949 &14000 standards.
2.熟悉TS16949 &14000标准
3.Be familiar with QC tools (i.e. SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSL, CPK, PDCA, 8D, etc.)
3.熟悉质量控制工具(例如SPC,APQP,PPAP,FMEA,控制计划,实验室、肌酸磷酸激酶,PDCA,8 d,等等)。
4.Process quality or handling customer quality issue.
4.过程质量或处理客户质量问题。
5.More than 2 years on QA/QC or product/process development in automotive industry.
5.2年以上QA / QC在汽车行业或产品/过程开发。

3. Experience at automotive industry or rubber industry is preferred. Fluency in English writing is a plus
