职位描述：
GENERAL FUNCTION总职责
Setup and implement maintenance procedures and record for mold repair and preventive maintenance. To support production department improved efficiency and yield. Coach and guide tool maker touch the mold.
建立完善模具维修维护程序及记录。支持生产部门提高效率产量。辅导模具操作员。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
1. Layout and setup Tooling shop
设计建立模具车间
a. Optimize machinery layout
优化机台布局
b. Keep contact with machine service agency and maintain good performance.
与机器供应商保持联系并确保正常运行
2. Jig and fixture design and fabrication.
夹治具及固定装置的设计和制造
3. Manage external tool shops within timescale, quality and budget.　
控制外部模具车间周期内的质量及预算成本
4. Critically examine external tool shop designs and manufactures is appropriate, fit for purpose and utilizes best practice design methods.　
严格审查模具车间设计和制造方案, 制定适合生产的***设计方法
5. Be up to date with latest tool cooling techniques so that cycle times can be minimized on all tooling.
及时了解最新模具冷却技术,以此降低模具优化周期。
6. Develop and then ensure compliance with a preventative tool maintenance programmed.
开发模具保护措施确保模具的正常运行。
7. Input on component design so as to maximize molding efficiency and minimize cycle times whilst maintaining component function and aesthetics.
通过组件的设计及功能维护,最大化提高成型效率并降低周期时间。
8. Be responsible for spare parts purchasing, make sure no shortage problem to affect molding production.
负责备件采购,确保无备件短缺影响成型生产。
9. Supervise on tooling technician on daily work.
监督模具技术员的日常工作
10. Build up outside tool repair resource and meet HCP’s expectation.
建立外部模具维修资，满足公司要求。
11. Hands on, on-site trouble-shooting.
解决现场问题　
12. Establish the procedure, working instruction and process flow.
建立程序,作业指导书和工艺流程
13. Training the tool maker, record related forms.
培训模具操作员,并做好相关记录。
14. Daily tooling shop 5S maintenance, responsible for the ISO9001&14001 requirements.
日常模具车间5 S维护,已达到ISO9001&14001的要求


PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT绩效管理
1. You are required to prepared and submit in time monthly report in the defined format relating your job functions
按规定格式准备并及时提交月度工作报告。
2. Your performance will be reviewed normally once a week by your manager and development targets be developed and updated based on the result of each review.
每周将回顾你的绩效情况，目标会基于每次的回顾进行拓展。
3. You will receive an formal quarterly performance assessment at the end of each calendar quarter.
正式的季度绩效评估在季度结束进行。

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS技能和知识要求
1. Sound knowledge of structure and injection mold with at least 8 years experience
8年以上注塑成型工作经验。
2. Operation experience with CNC, EDM, lathe, mill and surface grinder
熟练操作CNC、EDM、车床、铣床,磨床。
3. Familiar with AutoCAD, Pro/E or UG.
熟练使用AutoCAD,Pro / E或UG软件
4. Good communication skills with internal and external, coordinate with production section.
良好的内部外部沟通技巧及与生产部门的协调能力。
Skillful in using office software.
熟练使用办公软件
5. Have knowledge of multi-cavity high speed hot runner tooling.
