1. 负责女装商品结构的规划、价格带的规划等；
2. 根据产品上货波段进行组货；
3. 负责全国市场女装的调研、供应商的开发及选货等；
4. 负责产品成本的控制等；
5. 根据销售进行销售分析，对商品结构等进行调整；
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，服装工程、管理类相关专业背景，海外留学背景佳；
2. 相关行业5年以上工作经验，3年以上女装买手经验；
3. 熟悉女装运作模式；
4. 对服装行业敏感，有前瞻性，对数据敏感，逻辑思维清晰；
5. 勤奋务实，有较强的责任心，并具有良好的沟通协调能力；
6. 较强的信息收集分析及预测能力，具有敏锐的市场洞察力及分析能力，熟悉国内女装行业消费者需求；
7 . 能独立收集供应商和买家的动向以及时尚流行的款式、颜色、材料趋势的信息，并做有效的数据分析；
