Head of Business development
Report to CEO
For achieving annual business performance targets and position Company as the leading medical center. Define Go-to-Market strategy, develop relationship with indirect partners and maintain close relationship with customers. By working collaboratively with marketing team, product team and medical center, Head of BD will contribute significantly to the new product development / launch process.
Responsibilities:
Build medical insurance provider and broker network to realize direct billing arrangement for Company medical center.
Build corporate portfolio, and work with team to develop product that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. To drive the joint effort to make Company as an appointed medical provider for corporate clients.
Develop business referral channels within affiliated network by working closely with marketing team.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Participate in creating business models.
Maintain existing relationships by regular visits or phone calls.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Company medical centers’ unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years Business Development / Sales /Marketing Experience
Strong Key Account Marketing and Sales experience.
Proficiency in software skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tool
Excellent communication skills, High level of energy and self-motivation
Takes a strategic approach to account planning
Self-motivated with high level of drive, energy, persistence and initiative.
Tenacious and proficient at developing long term relationships that grow year over year,
Always prepared to act as a consultant and resource to customers, sees the opportunities in customers and prospects, bases decisions on fact and intuition.
