职位描述：
Requirement:
1.工商/经济管理学士学位,物流管理或相关专业;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economic & Trade, Materials Logistics Management or related discipline;
2.至少有8-10年制造业相关的工作经验;
At least eight to ten years related experience in manufacture;
3.熟悉所在行业的行业基础知识与行业信息及地方法规;
Familiar with the industry foundational knowledge,and the local law of the industry;
4.熟悉行业运作各个环节的流程,仓库管理、物流管理;
Familiar with the company’s operation procedures ,warehouse management,logistics management;
5.较好的电脑知识，精通各类软件，如Excel, Word, PowerPoint 和 ERP;
Advanced PC skills，Proficient knowledge of various software eg,Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP;
6.有效地向高层汇报的能力，团队合作精神， 较好的英文读说能力;
Ability to effectively report to top management.Team work spirit. Ability to read and speak English very well;
7. 较好的解决实际问题的能力，常规情况下处理复杂问题的能力;
Good ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of complex in a general situations;
8. 良好的谈判技巧和一定的抗压能力.
Good negotiating skills and be able to take pressure.

Responsibility:
1.完善和落实物料计划和供应管理制度；每月组织预测与计划会议；完善和落实物料库存控制制度；推动积压库存处理
Improve material planning and supply management system;hold the meeting for material forcast and plan;control and
improve the inventory management. Promote and implement the backlog of inventory processing .
2.建立合格供应商信息库；供应商价格分析与谈判，供应商付款周期的改善；重点监控主要供应商的采购量执行情况及改善
Establish the database of qualified suppliers, analysis and negotiate the price with suppliers,and control the supplier
 payment cycle.Monitoring the main suppliers cooperation and improvement.
3,日常采购控制，重点供应商的重大质量问题处理及索赔谈判；采购成本控制及重点节约项目的推动
Control the daily purchasing ;handling supplier compensation issues with key suppliers who’s products have quality
problems.Cost control and promte to saving projects.
4.仓储与物流建立与完善仓储与物流管理制度、作业流程，有效管理工厂仓库
Establish and perfect the warehousing and logistics management system ,operation process
5. 监控仓储的日常运作，包括货物收/发/退/储存管理、库存账目管理、定期盘点等，以确保帐物一致，执行先进先出，
并符合安全、和服务质量要求；库龄管理、库存数据分析、制作库存报表并提供分析建议
Monitor the daily operation of the warehouse, including goods sending/receiving/back and storage,manage the inventory
and regular checking . Analysis the inventory data.Make the inventory report ,provide the effective suggestions.
6.物流供应商的开发和管理：包括新物流供应商的开发、审核、定期考核；监控物流配送或提货的正常运行、异常处理等；
Develop & manage new logistic suppliers ,including procedures and evaluate supplier regularly,monitor daily operation
7.物流成本的分析与控制,完成月度物流报表，包括交货、预测、积压情况报告等
Analysis & control logistics cost.Finished monthly logistic report,include OTD/EST/Backlog report ect
8.关务管理，确保公司的日常运作符合海关相关法律法规的要求；确保公司符合海关的查厂要求
Manage the customs ,make sure all the procedures are in accordance with custom relevant laws and regulations
,make sure the company are meet the requirements of the customs checking.
9.ERP系统物流模块的支持与实施确保ERP系统数据及时更新
ERP system –Logistic parts daily control .
