Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Consolidate demand forecast provided by BU in China, PFM (export to dealers) and CMGs Local S&OP Implementation;

2. Provide information about available volumes to support PFM in defining a distribution plan (by customer and product).

3. Manage finished good inventories in Taicang in close aligment with the SCM team in Shanghai.

4. Generate the production planning based on the demand plan taking into account the prioritization of orders provided by PFM, the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backorder, delivery backorders, procurement situations, personnel resources in order to create the optimum production sequence;

5. Following the production plan execution; Work on coordinating material movements between production lines in order to ensure an optimum production run;

6. Identify available capacities per product group and compare it with production plan. Communicate it monthly as part of the global S&OP process.

7. Manage products information and coordinate closely with sales, customer order management team, buyer to ensure timely design, purchasing, production and shipment;

8. Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders;

9. Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions;

10. Preparing production and KPI reports;

11. Local product master data management as part of the global master data management network

12. Initiates replacement orders for lost, damaged or discrepant items;

13. Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities;

Competency Requirements:
1. Good Project Management analytical;

2. Good Cross functional communication skill;

3. Computer aptitude with strong PC application skills, Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint;

4. Fluent English with both oral and written;
