职位描述：
The Shipping Responsible is accountable to:
? Ensure smooth documentation regarding the shipping procedure as well as the payment to the suppliers
? Ensure that the shipping schedule is respected

Main Responsibilities
Routines
? Maintain and guide the procedure with all the nominated service forwarders
? Follow up our best practice on a daily basis
? Review and send documents to the import office
? Facilitate payment for deliveries by sending invoices to the accounting team in Sweden
? Assist in the customs clearance of export and import sample shipment; issue the invoice for sample export shipment
? Assist in commodities classification, e.g. binding ruling checking for Customs and cooperation related to governmental organizations
? Assist in expatriates’ personal shipments
Cooperation with Production teams
? Provide a shipping education course for all new colleagues within the organization
? Educate and evaluate suppliers and service providers
Cooperation with Import
? Coordinate and solve shipping issues as requested by the import department
? Create statistics on shipped quantities and the FOB value on various quota categories if required
Cooperation with H&M Suppliers
? Attend meetings with suppliers/new suppliers to ensure that they follow H&M’s documentation procedures
? Educate and evaluate suppliers and service providers
Cooperation with Service Providers
? Be responsible for performing service provider evaluation on the basis of their performance and service commitment, etc.
? Follow up weekly consolidation with service providers
? Collect monthly statistics for all modes of transport for future planning
? Maintain the right Mode of Transport in the system and e-packing list to reach the Distribution Centre

Education and Experience requirements
? Graduate in any discipline. Business graduate preferred
? Education in supply chain management would be an added advantage

Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written form)
? Strong with figures
? Analytical thinking
