【Faculty Role】

Teaching
To complete a detailed lesson plan based on the requirements of instructional objectives and to make the classroom interesting and highly effective.

Tutoring
To conduct the regular after-school tutoring to secure and sustain effective teaching and learning throughout the school.

Researching and Innovation
To work with Chinese colleagues to develop courses, texts and working sheets for students to improve the quality of teaching and standards of students' achievement.

Co-curriculum Activities
To assist Chinese colleagues on the work of planning, preparation and execution for all co-curriculum activities held by school every term.

Faculty Accountability
Student-centred
Respect the local law and abide by the agreement with company
Exclusively serve as a full-time teacher



【Faculty Requirements】
Aged from 22 to 35 years old
Native English Speakers preferably from United States, Canada, England and Australia.
Applicants with BA degree are preferred.
With TESOL or TEFL certificate would be added advantage.
Demonstrated use of technology in teaching practice
Have highly developed interpersonal and communicational skills
