1. 岗位职责：生产主管

2. 岗位要求：
1）居住在龙岗或有意搬住公司宿舍者优先考虑
2）具备相关行业管理生产经验
3）具备5S管理实施经验
4）良好的操作ERP系统知识
5）具备能力提高产品的质量，产量和效率
3.薪资福利
1）薪资4500+（根据经验能力），有竞争力的薪酬和绩效奖金，与公司一起成长的机会和发展空间
2）公司提供集体宿舍，如有需要可以拎包入住
3）完善的福利：五险一金；入职半年以上的员工，公司提供住房和水电费补贴等补贴总数可达300元；未满半年的员工补贴可达250元左右。
4）带薪假期，工作满一年后有带薪年假。

Company profile: GP87 Manufacturing Inc is Foreigner/American owned and operated, 3 year old, medium sized(50-100 employees), Fast growing, sporting goods manufacturer.
1. Job Duties: Prodution Supervisor
2. Job Qualification :
1） living in Longgang or willing to relocate/ live in dormitory for easily commuting to work is preferential
2）experience with managing production in related industry
3）experience with 5S implementation
4） Good knowledge of implementing ERP system
5） Ability to help us reach new levels of quality, yield and efficiency

3.Salary and benefits :
1） 4500+ depending on previous work experience，We offer competitive salary and the great chance to grow with company .
2）We offer dorm living space if necessary
3）Social security insurance, and Housing fund; Monthly Production Bonus available , Accommodation allowance, Utilities Allowance. Staff work more than 6 months totally can get allowance about RMB300 ,about RMB250 allowance less than half a year. RMB50 for every 6 months service with the company
4）paid leave , and paid annual leave after 1st yeart.
