我们目前正在招聘呼叫中心的质量保证专员，监测和评估呼入电话、呼出电话、激活电话以及市场活动部推广团队的工作质量，同时不断提高质量以助我们呼叫中心的快速增长。此职位须做评估和监测以保证呼叫中心的质量。成功的候选人需具备呼叫中心任职质量保证专员的相同任职背景，并有培训辅导经验，注重细节，并具备较强的执行能力。

【任职条件】：

·  大专或以上学历，或有相关工作经验者优先

·  拥有呼叫中心质量保证专员的经验

·  拥有销售、客服或相关领域的经验

·  熟练掌握微软办公软件

·  具备良好的人际沟通能力，口头和书面表达能力

·  具备维护机密信息的能力

·  能够有效、高效地管理时间

·  具有自我激励和导向，注重细节的能力
