职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责做好营业前的准备工作，按照规定要求检查餐厅和餐桌摆台，并及时补充各种物品；
2. 准时到岗，接受领班的任务分配；
3. 按照餐厅规定的服务标准和程序，负责做好对客服务工作；
4. 积极参加餐厅组织的各种培训活动，不断提高服务技能技巧；
5. 开餐后，按服务程序及标准为客人提供优质服务、点菜、上菜、派菜、酒水服务、结账，准确了解每日供应菜式，与传统菜密切配合；
6. 主动征询客人对出品和服务的意见和建议，接受并处理客人的投诉，视实际情况及时向上级汇报；
7. 顾客用餐后，及时按质完成餐台或厅房的修复工作；
8. 负责餐厅餐具、物品的收集、整理和保管工作；
9. 关心特殊客人及幼小的客人，按其相应的标准提供服务；
10. 负责营业区域的环境卫生和餐桌、家具、用具的清洁卫生工作；
11. 遵守餐厅制定的各种规章制度；
12. 积极参加餐厅组织的各种培训活动，不断提高服务技能技巧；
13. 完成上级交办的其他各项工作。

任职条件：
1.高中毕业或具有同等学历，经过餐饮服务培训；
2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题；
3.掌握餐厅服务服务规范和流程，了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点，和简单的烹制方法；
4.具有较强的敬业精神；
5.有一定日常外语会话能力，能用普通话对客人服务；
6.具有1年以上服务员工作经验；
