职位描述：
1) Responsible for daily customer activities; follow up customer special requirement; coaching CS representative for daily task
2) Keep good communication with customers and build up trust relationship with them;
3) Get and review the customers sales forecast to achieve high accuracy
4) Monitor the daily order process, follow up the exception orders and customer non-quality complaint.
5) Prepare billing documents and account reconciliation
6) Create/Maintain SAP transfer price,
7) Prepare report based on company requirement.
8) Follow up customer special requirement and projects.
9) Coaching CS representative and CS clerk for daily task
10) Coordinate customer special requirement and internal capacity and inventory

Qualification
？ Colleague degree or above，BS preferred
？ 3-5 years working experience in related experience
？ Good at PC application, specially, SAP system, Excel, word
？ Excellent in English reading, writing and speaking
？ Be dedicated, patience.
？ Willing to train up colleagues
