职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责接待来访客人并记录相关资料；
2、负责转接公司来电；
3、严格执行办公室安全管理制度，做好安全管理，及时上报特发事件，并给予紧急有效的处理；
4、负责日常行政事务的跟进并及时更新办公文件；
5、负责管理、维护办公室环境及室内设备；
6、完成上级分配的其它任务。

任职要求：
1、身高165CM或以上，大专或以上学历；
2、具备一年以上相关工作经验；
3、具有良好的中英文口头表达能力；
4、熟悉商务礼仪、懂得基本的接待和会客技巧；
5、具备良好的沟通和协调能力，较强的服务意识、责任心和应变能力。 举报 分享
