职位描述：
Job Description:
1. To communicate with clients and Sales on service or rate changes; making market research and note worthy news; backup the sales while they are not in the office; various problem solving for the team;
2. To monitor performance/bookings versus budget to identify focus areas; monitor the weekly and monthly marketing plan input and provide tools for Sales’ update; timely filing in system;
3. Prepare ad-hoc performance figures for specific clients/trades/sales activities when requested by Sales, prepare ad-hoc presentations for clients and internal visitors;
4. To work with financial team to monitor outstanding freight;
5. Make joint sales call on key clients as required; participate in sales meetings; maintain regular communication within the Sales team.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent English communication skills, skillful in using MS office;
2. At least 3 years shipping experience and 1year Sales Support or Customer Service longevity;
3. Aggressive and self-initiative with good presentation skills;
4. Willing to work under high pressure and willing to deal with details;
