1.负责完成新工厂项目建设工作；
2.负责建筑施工工程项目的人员管理、安全施工和技术质量监管工作；
3.合理的组织、调度项目进度，实施日常工作中的组织、计划、指挥、协调、控制，保证工程质量、安全文明、工期目标得以实现；
4.解决处理施工中出现的各种技术问题，协调解决、裁决技术分歧以及各种冲突问题。
