主要职责KEY RESULT AREAS:
1 实施良好的客户管理和服务操作。Implement good account management and servicing practices.
2 建立一个动态客户资料数据库。Grows an active database of accounts with comprehensive profiles.
3 保证在销售团队和活动策划团队之间,从获得项目到分发任务,密合的协商会议和活动策划。
Ensures seamless conferences and events from acquisition to delivery through the sales force and events teams.
4 熟练引导亲密体验和参观。Conducts familiarization trips and site-inspections proficiently.
5 尽可能的跨地区销售产品。Cross-sells all products and segments where possible.
6 参加相关市场的展会。Attends tradeshows in related markets.
7 向销售经理和协调员提供专业建议。Provides professional advisory to the managers and coordinators.
8 了解酒店和餐饮行业的动态和竞争,,充分利用对我们生意战略有正面作用的影响和反转负面的影响。Understands the dynamics of the hotel and food industry as well as the competition, to optimize positive and reverse negative impacts on our business strategies.
9 知晓客户总收益对公司的影响,来做更好的协商和产生更多的机会,并且再回顾业务活动和结果来保证目标正在达成中。
Understands the total revenue impact of accounts on the company for better negotiation and yielding opportunities, and reviews business activities and its results to ensure goals are on pace.
10 了解业务步骤并且实施策略以利用有利形势或者反转不利形势。
Understands the pace of business and implements actions to capitalize on or reverse positive or negative situations respectively.
能力要求 COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
1 良好的人际交流能力,要求能与国际客户互相交流。
Excellent interpersonal skills. Required to interact with international profile customers.
2 拥有销售经验,有红酒或者食品厂工作经验者优先。
Possesses previous and proven sales experience. Having worked in the Wine or Food and Beverage industry would be a plus.
3 有和酒店客户关键盈利业务有关联的客户记录,便于公司分析市场。
Possesses a track record of active hotel accounts that may be relevant to the company’s key feeder markets/market segments.
4 拥有基本地分析技巧和清晰阐述业务的能力。
Possesses basic analytical skills and the ability to articulate the business.
5 能够熟练运用办公软件。
Possesses a basic level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
6 专业的着装。
Possesses professional grooming.
