Warehouse Manager Assistant
仓库经理助理

A rapidly growing, foreign owned packaging company are looking for a dynamic person to join their team in China. The role is based in Guangzhou (Huangpu Science City). The role would ideally suit a young person who has good computer skills and can write in both English and Chinese. This position will communicate with our Account and Sourcing Team and report to our Warehouse Manager and will allow the young person to grow to other positions within the company

Job Responsibilities:

1. 更新日常收货报表, 库存报表
To update receiving report, stock report timely
2. 提供出货装箱单,退货单
To provide packing list / delivery note , material reject bill
3. 整理发货资料,样品归档
To keep files / samples properly
4. 仓库其它工作.
other jobs temporality
5.仓库盘点工作
To take cycle count timely


Skills required:

1. 大专以上学历
College degree or similar;
 
2.对数据敏感，细心,积极主动
Sensitive to figures, work actively and carefully;

3.能熟练操作电脑, Office软件(尤其是EXCEL)娴熟
PC skills, Good master on office software as Excel, Word;
 
4.一定的英语读写能力
Good reading /written English skills are preferred
