职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead accounting team to conduct monthly and quarterly closing, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of both US GAAP and PRC GAAP reporting.
2. Perform B/S review, and P/L review with related stakeholder, to mitigate any potential risk.
3. Review Account Reconciliation to ensure the quality for the preparation, and identify the process can be improved.
4. Monitor the monthly closing process, and take the lead in resolving issues.
5. Manage the annual statutory audit preparation, work with tax team to ensure the on time filing.
6. Provide appropriate Coaching and Mentoring for team members and helping develop a career path.
7. Sustain a learning and customer-oriented culture and organization that facilitate operation and customer needs best.

Requirements:
1. University degree in Finance/Accounting with 6+ years experiences，2+ years management experience, Big4 accounting firm experience is preferred.
2. CICPA or equivalent accounting certificate.
3. Solid finance operation knowledge and ERP implementation experience is a plus.
4. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively bilingual (Chinese & English).
5. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
6. Proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
7. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. 举报 分享
