职位描述：
精通CNC工装夹治具设计，制程及安装，了解3C行业夹治具市场行情。

职位要求：
1.8-10年CNC车间工作经验及3年以上的管理经验，精通CNC工装夹治具设计，制作工艺，安装及维护；
2.优秀的组织协调及沟通能力；
3.熟练使用office办公软件，如Excel,Word等。
工作描述：
1.统筹CNC部门日常事务管理,新项目的评估,报价,全制程的DFM；
2.新项目开发，计划，试产到量产一系列工作；
3.生产计划达成进行实施、控制，不良品、不良率的控制及相关事项及生产过程的推进、控制；
4.负责组织培训生产人员、工程人员、车间级管理人员的业务指导和培训工作；
5.负责组织拟定本部门工作目标、工作计划、并及时组织实施、指导、协调、检查、监督及控制。

8 to 10 Years workshop experience in a modern power plant is required · Must have knowledge of Welding, Fabrication, Scaffolding etc · Proficient in computer application programs like Excel, MS word, and MS Project and experience in computer based maintenance management systems will be an added advantage. years

Responsibilities
1. Schedule, direct and monitor the workshop activities for the Mechanical Workshop, Fabrication Workshop , All Workshop Related Welding , Fabricating & Maintenance works in the assigned area and assign resources, in line with the maintenance schedule.
2.Prepare budgets; estimates for purchase of spares, consumables, materials and coordinate, monitor and report manpower status; equipments and tools to the planning department to ensure high productivity with a high standard of quality and efficiency.
3.Plan and monitor day-to-day work and ensure smooth running of the workshop activities.
4.Check the proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters; troubleshoot control system problem as they arise and modifying the logic as per requirement and updating of the condition of equipment and machines under his area of responsibility.
5.To liaise with other departments and workcells for timely implementation of the jobs; scheduling and prioritizing the incoming jobs. Accepting the Permit to work and delegating the clearing of job & defects cards to the supervisors and thereafter keeping a track on the completion of the said jobs.
6.Develop and maintain professional working relationships with OEMs, local contractors/vendors for smooth execution of the contracts/supplies.
7.Act as a craft person to accept the safety document for execution of any maintenance job.
8.Ensure all in-field activities carried out safely complying with company environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures at all times.
9.Perform personnel functions such as personnel performance status, leave management, overtime etc.
10.Assume the duties of other Workshop Engineers, in the areas of their responsibility, in their absences. and ensure readiness to perform any other relevant task assigned by the team leader.
