职位描述:
Act as support for the operational team and optimize the operation and store appearance of our existing stores, regarding maintenance, repairs, cleaning and energy management in accordance to commercial and technical needs.
Drive improvement projects to prolong the life cycles and efficiencies within our stores and to reduce maintenance cost levels as well energy consumption.
Control and work actively with budget VS forecast.
Work actively with H&M Regional Facility Manager and coordinate the works and improvements.
Act as COS Functional support (RESPONSIBLE ?) for the Area Facility Managers, including support and development of the Area Facility Teams within the China Region.
Responsibilities:
-Plan & Coordinate on a regional level cleaning, repairs and maintenance activities and equipment installations.
-Support Area and Regional Teams with Budget, Forecast, Tender, Planning and Construction Follow Up of smaller rebuilding’s.
-Supervise cleaning &maintenance so it’s according to company standards and needs.
-Track Area Facility Managers performance and support them in their daily routines and responsibilities.
-Source new suppliers on a regional level when necessary.
-Assist Sales Market Facility Manager and COS Global facility Manager with regional knowledge (limited but not excluded to Local Regulations, Costs, Contractors, Cleaning Companies etc).
-Control electricity consumption and work actively with H&M group energy saving strategy.
-Ensure that stores on a regional level are up to local standards and company security instructions.
-Work actively with department goals in a strategic and target oriented way.
-Track progress on major service requests and equipment replacements.
-Support Area Facility Managers with status on transport of NCG (Non Commercial Goods ; Up-keeping ; NOOS).
Languages:
Local language in equivalent to native level is a prerequisite. English should be fluent both in oral, reading and writing.

-Non prestigious work style with high integrity and trustworthy level.
-A natural drive to achieve results and a strong track record in your roles so far.
-Proven leadership skills and experience in achieving results, both through own responsibilities and by leading others.
-Analytical and Strategic thinking, with an ability to understand and improve ways of working.
-Ability to communicate in a clear and fluent manner at all levels.
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and information.
-Preferable a degree in engineering or several years of experience in retail facility / retail construction.
-Remain calm and positive in difficult situations and under pressure.
-Flexible to travel across our retail locations when necessary.
