职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、选择饰品配件生产聚集地，着手组建公司自有手工工厂；
2、通过规范化管理，使自有手工工厂从小到大扩张；
3、根据生产需求情况，配合公司进行有序组织、协调工厂的生产活动。
4、协助负责工厂的生产现场管理，严格控制产品质量；有效提高工作效率和成品合格率，降低生产成本。
5、指导、监督及检查所属下级的各项工作，掌握工作情况和相关数据。
6、组织员工学习交流、不断提高和改进产品质量。加强班组建设，搞好员工的专业技术培训。
任职要求：
1、具有较强的计划、组织、协调能力和团队建设能力。
2、有较强的抗压能力，能独立解决生产中存在的重大质量、安全问题，设备异常问题和人员异常问题；
3、熟悉时尚饰品牵涉到的材料；
