职位描述：
岗位职责:
1. 协调前厅与后厨的工作，和厨师长共同做好组织管理工作。
2. 负责开餐期间巡查餐厅、厨房，充分了解工作情况，
3. 督导并定期检查设备、器具使用情况，确保食品安全、员工稳定、设备正常、产品及服务质量；
4. 负责服务团队建设、团队招募工作；
5. 维护客户关系，切实落实客户的各项工作要求。

任职条件:
1、 良好的英文沟通能力，餐饮管理或相关专业专科以上学历；
2、 3年以上知名大型餐饮企业管理职位工作经验；四星级酒店前厅经验优先
3、 熟练掌握餐饮管理与服务的专业知识和技能；
4、 具有丰富的餐饮行业知识，良好的领导能力、沟通技巧、执行力，以及优秀的现场组织能力；
5、 具有妥善处理客人投诉及其他突发事件的能力
