职位描述：
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? College graduated or above majored in mechanical and electrical engineering or related field
? Minimum 3 years relevant maintenance management experiences, automotive industry equipment maintenance experience is preferred
? Strong knowledge of machinery and electricity
? Experience in manufacturing environment, automotive industry or hydraulic drive system or PLC preferred
? Good English read and writing skills
? Good communication skills
? Strong team spirit and problem solving ability

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintenance daily document updates and management, such as failure rates, QRQC record, MTTR and MTBF etc.
? Responsible for the maintenance of APS and EHS strictly execute follow up.
? Maintenance worker daily work arrangement and performance evaluation.
? Equipment and tooling repair escalation response control and coordination.
? Identify, prioritize and allocate resources to corrective maintenance actions and follow up to ensure completion.
? Lead Maintenance technicians (and Associates if relevant) minimise downtime and maximise plant effectiveness in line with operational requirements.
? Analysis the corrective Maintenance data to propose and implement improvements; request quotes etc.
? Responsible for energy regulation, the shop floor lighting, devices to monitor.
? To identify the critical spare parts list, procuring it and storing it properly for the all the related equipment.
? Monitoring and check preventive maintenance performance.
? Implement and supervise any contracted electrical and mechanical work performance on the plant facilities.
? Assisting to maintenance manager to make sure machine condition, reduce the failure.
? Proposal improving machine and mold to enhance efficiency of production.
? Responsible for new project and machine quality and safety, validate and audit.
? Support the evaluation and control of the environmental factors and to ensure the safety of the production environment.
? Responsible for safety training, safety management for maintenance and LOTO implement follow up.
? Continue improvement change over method and technology innovation.
? TPM action and autonomous preventive implement.
? Maintenance Kaizen gather and management.
? Follow up training plan and provide training through internal /external course on the prevention maintenance, maintenance technology, and development maintenance worker career.
? Responsible the equipment maintenance and maintenance plan for the implementation of effective inspection, and management and control of the spare parts reasonable inventory, quality inspection etc. 举报 分享
