工作职责:
负责SMT机、回流焊机和锡膏机的操作、管理及日常维护，完成贴片生产计划。

必须具备的技能：
1. 三年以上SMT机操作经验。
2. 能独立完成SMT机器的编程及设置。
3. 能处理简单的机器故障和解决贴片的工艺问题。
