职位描述：
Executive Assistant Job Duties:
？Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
？Conserves Director's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
？Maintains Director's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
？Represents the Director by attending meetings in the Director's absence; and reporting any relevant information.
？Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
？Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
？Completes projects by themselves in a timely manner or assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
？Acts as a translator between the Managing Director and Chinese Speaking people in meetings and in general conversations
？Translate simple written documents from Chinese to English or review translations in more extensive documents.
？Occasional travel in china for client meetings, conventions and internal corporate meetings.
Required skills:
？Strong written and verbal English
？Strong written and verbal Mandarin
？Microsoft Office proficiency
？Basic knowledge of investment terms and structures
？Basic knowledge of most major Chinese Cities.
？Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts quickly
？Ability to travel globally with reasonable notice period given.
