import and export management training ,logistic management ,production management , negotiate ,supplier management, warehouse management and iso SYSTEM etc
熟悉物质采购程序包括全球采购
familiar with purchacing process included golble purchacing
有塑料五金行业工作经验,能读通图纸,技术要求
experience in plastic and metal industry, can understand drawing and technical reqruiement
大专或以上学历,工科优先
College or above & Degree，marjor in engineering is prefered
较好的英文听、说、读、写能力
Excellent English (listening ,reading & writing, oral)

Responsibility:
根据采购申请,根据到货要求开具并跟踪采购定单
Place purchase order and follow up according to the material application
监控采购定单的执行情况
Monitor the implement status of PO
与供应商的对帐及安排货款
Arrange payment after checking with supplier
供应商供应表现的评估,管理现有供应商
Give the data to support the supplier’s performance evaluation;manage suppliers
对于新技术/材料，根据技术部门提供的要求，寻找合适的新供应商
source new supplier according to technician requirement for new material
