Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for recruitment and supervise for the recruitment process to insure the new staff meet company requirements.
2.Prepare and update the monthly and weekly report.
3.Responsible for HR management including handling procedures related to entry, transfer-in & out, dismissal, resignation.
4.Responsible for employee relationship, establishment of internal communication channel and events, communication with employees.

5.C&B, including Monthly Payroll, IIT Declaration and Commercial Insurance etc...

6.Other ad-hoc tasks assigned .

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree & Male preferred
2.6 years or above for Senior Officer/ 8 years or above for Asst. Manager experience in HR field
3.Fluent in English for both written and verbal,CET-6 certification is a must.
4.Master Microsoft Office software, MS Project is a plus
5.Master recruitment methods & skills
6.Have good communication & presentation skills and work under pressure
7.Understand in depth central and local government HR policy & regulatory
