Job Summary:
- Be responsible for 5S & safety manufacturing
- Deal with abnormal problems in the workshop
- Arrange operator/tasks distribution based on production plan
- Manage the work shop
Responsibilities:
1.Inspect to make sure operators product with required standards
2.Control defect product during the manufacturing process and make improvements
3.Developing training programs; Train new employees on workshop policies, procedures and safety requirements.
4.Responsible for WIP material status and material scrap control.
Requirements:
1. College degree. Be able to read and write in English.
2. More than five years experience in production manager function.
3. Quality system knowledge. Grasp TS16949.
4. Ability to Lead, Motivate, Select, Train and Instruct personnel.
5. Good interpersonal, organizational, communication and working skills.
6. Problem solving skills.
