融创部经理
汇报对象：运营总监
职责：
1. 负责拓展公司自身融资资源，获得适合公司运作所需的各项融资资源，建立良好沟通机制。
2. 负责管理和维护公司与银行及非银行金融机构、投资基金等客户的公共关系，建立、维护支撑公司融资的统一平台。创新融资渠道，引入外部资金，设计合作模式，建立融资合作伙伴信息库。
3. 配合项目的营运，尽快落实项目资金的来去，保证资金收益、回笼、安全。
要求：
1. 具备银行、券商销售经验。
2. 拥有中高端客户资源或者债务融资操作经验。
3. 熟悉各种债务融资方式及特点。
4. 具有良好的职责操守、强烈的敬业精神与责任感。
5. 具有扎实的金融专业知识，了解相关金融政策，熟悉融资业务流程，具有丰富的融资渠道和业内广泛的人际关系。 举报 分享
