职位描述：
一．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
1.Strengthen Incoming material control of KUKA China. 加强来料检验
2.Disposal of NC external material 外部不良物料的判定和处理
3.Gauge management. 量具管理


二．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Inspection report according QIP 测量零件并按照要求出具报告
2. Process responsibility, including QIP editing, sample and series article approval 负责制定检验计划, 样品, 首件和日常检验的测量及释放
3. Understand the drawing requirements and measure the parts with proper equipment and gauges
明确图纸的要求，能够根据图纸要求选择合适的测量设备及检具进行测量，制定测量程序和规范；
4. Do maintenance and technical support for responsible measurement equipment in measurement room
对所负责测量设备进行相关的维护和技术支持；
5. Training for measurement QC, and solve the daily measurement problems in measurement tasks
培训测量员，指导他们在测量过程中遇到的问题；
6. Communicate for measurement issues and tasks with customer, supplier and internal requester
实时与客户， 供应商以及内部需求者对测量方法，时间等保持良好沟通；
7. measurement room daily management, for example daily work arrangement, 5S etc.
测量室的日常管理工作，例如测量员工作安排， 5S等

三. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

1. Bachelor or senior college degree, major in mechanical engineering or relative subject
本科或专科以上学历，机械设计或相关专业
2. Chinese, English language skills 工作语言为中文及英语
3. Monitoring the facilities and the measuring room 系统性的管理各类量/检具
4. Develop new fixtures for different components 能够根据零件进行检具工装的设计及改进
5. Know very well for GD&T, good at CMM programing and operation(Zeiss CMM is prefered); familiar with working principle of contour measurement machine, optical projector etc. 熟悉GD&T， 熟练三坐标测量程序编制与操作（Zeiss 三坐标优先）；了解轮廓仪，投影仪等常规测量设备的工作原理和使用；
6. 3 years above mechanical components measurement related experience 3年以上机械零部件测量相关经验；
7. Knowledge of SAP is preferred 会使用SAP 举报 分享
