职责：
1. 主要负责产业链上下游、品牌并购及国外投资并购方向研究，葡萄酒行业优先考虑。
2. 组织项目尽职调查、项目可行性分析，为投资决策提供建议和依据，挖掘分析潜在项目。
3. 参与项目谈判，交易结构设计、并购方案路径设计。
4. 组织协调项目专业顾问机构，对其提供的服务进行把关，确保项目顺利推进。
