职位描述：

Responsibilities

1. To carry out general duty such as filing, trace correspondence, handle telephone calls, meet with supplier, receive goods and distribute to user for shore office and ships.

2. To handle user’s enquiry such as getting quotation, catalogue, samples for selection and organize the meeting with supplier and user for discussion.

3. To respond the changes in the departmental function as dictated by the company.

4. To source and do price comparison for assigned categories.

5. To handle market list items.

6. To place PO for China Shore Office and market list for ships in China.

7. To confirm orders with supplier, ensure delivery on time, update the PR/PO status.

8. To follow up the outstanding order, short delivery and additional urgent order.

9. To update supplier for any delivery schedule amendment, new company policy, etc.

10. To update the purchasing figure and provide some information and data to Purchasing Manager for weekly report.

11. To check and update all unit price, packing, new MM no. for F&B market list in order to match the Handheld Receiving system in SAP.

12. To follow up the advance payment and outstanding payment for supplier.

Qualifications

1. Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Studies/ Economics/ Management or equivalent.

2. At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in procurement, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.

3. Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels and able to work independently.

4. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office/ Excel.

5. Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
