概述：

课程顾问是潜在客户在EF最先接触的人。课程顾问通过与客户建立良好的关系，并根据客户的需求定制个性化的课程及长期学习计划，最终负责向客户销售EF课程。

角色：
尽管课程顾问关注销售结果，但是为了给客户提供强有力的学术专业性的意见，课程顾问对教育产业及EF产品需要有很好的掌控能力。

职责：
? 每日跟进预约到访客户名单，确保客户的到访准时而顺利。
? 在客户到访后，负责接待以及一对一课程咨询。
? 针对客户不同的需求以及现状，定制个性化的课程计划。
? 与客户探讨课程计划，设置合理的短期目标，为客户提供有力的学术评估。
? 负责入学合同签署。

资格：
? 本科及以上学历。
? 两年以上销售方面工作经验。
? 有TOEFL, IELTS, SAT考试相关的销售经验优先考虑。
? 优秀的英语技巧，并具备良好的口语沟通能力。
? 有留学中介行业经验者优先。
? 乐于沟通，***。
? 能接受调休的工作时间。（周中休息两天）
? 能在压力环境下工作。
? 良好的团队工作者，并具有快速学习能力


Course Consultant
EF Education First Teens School

Synopsis:

A Course Consultant is the first contact point between EF and the potential customer. The Course Consultant is ultimately responsible for selling EF courses to customers by building the relations and offering the most suitable program based on customer needs and developing a long-term study plan.

The role:
Although CC role is focusing on sales, CC needs to have a good appreciation of education industry and EF products in order to be able to give a solid academic justification for every piece of advice.

You will:
? Follow the appointed client list to confirm the scheduled appointments.
? Personally meet customers and provide an individual one to one sales consultation
? Develop a suitable study plan depending on customer needs and expectations.
? Discuss students long and mid-term plan and set right progress expectations,
? Quote price and seal the contract.

You have/are:
? Bachelor degree or above
? Min 2 years of work experience in sales
? Sales experience in TOEFL, IELTS, SAT related industry is preferred.
? Upper-intermediate level of English especially for verbal communication
? Work experience in a Study abroad agency is a plus.
? Willing to communicate in a straightforward manner, open minded
? Able to work on weekends (the day-off will be between Mon. to Fri.)
? Can work under pressure
? Good team player; quick learner
