职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities：
1. Key in PO information into master file, scan and save PO into Server.
2. Maintain supplier information in Access system.
3. Pre-order activities.
4. Potential supplier identification for various steel construction & sheet metal related materials.
5. Send RFQ's (request for quotations) and scan market for the price feel.
6. Supplier evaluation and make assessment reports.
7. Arranging samples for evaluation.
8. Prepare/ place POs to our factory & supplier based on Client’s PO or internal purchase request.
9. Follow-up of purchase orders, delivery, material inspection, payments through TT, shipping documents.
10. Arranging meetings with various suppliers and company representatives.
11. General work assigned by supervisors.

岗位职责：
1. 将订单信息录入到系统，同时，将订单扫描、保存到服务器。
2. 在系统中维护、更新供应商信息。
3. 下订单前的准备。
4. 寻找钢结构、钣金件材料相关的潜在供应商。
5. 询价，了解市场价格。
6. 供应商评估，做评估报告。
7. 获取样品。
8. 根据客人订单要求或我工厂内部的采购需求，制作订单，下订单给我工厂或供应商。
9. 跟进采购订单、货物交付、来货质检、付款及物流运输。
10. 安排会议，与不同供应商进行商务洽谈。
11. 完成采购主管安排的日常工作。
任职资格：
1. 机械或国际贸易专业。
2. 英语读写流利，善于人际交往。
3. 熟悉word, excel, PPT等办公软件及网络。
4. 掌握商务函件写作技巧（中英文）。
5. 在钢结构、散料输送行业有至少一年的采购及供应商开发的经验。 举报 分享
