岗位职责
1、负责项目施工工程中水电、暖通方面的技术支持与审核；
2、编制项目工程建设生产计划、水电工程量的统计核算；
3、协调解决或处理现场施工方案的变更；
4、参加水电施工的初验及竣工验收工作，督促施工单位；
5、对验收中提出的问题实施整改，并对整改后的情况进行复验。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历，土建、水电、土木工程以及市政规划等相关专业毕业；
2、从事本工作经验2年以上，且有建筑、装修等工程现场实务经验；
3、有设计单位、施工单位相关工作经验者优先；
4、能承受较大的工作压力，有事业心和责任感；
5、有实验室系统工程工作经验的优先考虑。
