职位描述：
This post is recruited for ATPI G

Responsibility:
1. People hiring, training, certification and being a working example, supervise line leaders and operators work regularly; evaluate their skill andperformance ; developing the leadership skills of the line leaders through coaching, training, motivating and counseling Job.
2. Confirm manufacturing resources according to the production planning; organize effective production, produces good quality products on scheduled time.
3. Familiar with SAP or ERP production module, master the status of production plan and material, finished good products inventory.
4. Coordinate with planner timely and effectively and give reasonable advice to them. Coordinate with relevant department to resolve the problems impact on time delivery rapidly.
5. Facilitate effective workshop management, material, semi-manufactured, finished products, rework parts, scrap parts should be at right place and organized with clear mark according to the production layout.
6. Good Housekeeping and work discipline for responsible area
7. Competence improvement for production people, especially on employee quality, cost, safety and environment consciousness.
8. Work on continuous optimization of processes in view of quality, productivity, cost minimization and environmental impact;
9. Directs the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet the production goals of OTD, cost down, efficiency, quality and safety improvement.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. More than 5 years’ production management experience in electronic industry. at least 3 production supervisor experience;
3. Familiar with lean production system and six sigma tools.
4. Good computer skill-MS office package, written English and spoken English and communication skill.
5. Demonstrated experience in motivation, mentoring employees and problem resolution skills;
