The Position
We are actively seeking a Marketing Manager for our webshop who will administer the company’s social media marketing, advertising, and campaigns. The main tasks are but not limited to:
? Deliberate planning and goal setting
? Development of brand awareness and online reputation
? Content Management
? SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and generation of inbound traffic
? Cultivation of leads and sales
You will be a highly motivated and creative individual with experience and a passion for technolo-gies, and the world of makers.
Your responsibilities are the followings:
1. Brand Development
2. Identify Target Customers
3. Set Clear Objectives
4. Visual Design and Web Development Strategy
5. Solid Content Strategy
6. Promotion Strategy
7. Engagement Strategy
8. Conversion Strategy
9. Measure and Analyse to establish ROI
Your Duties
Your essential duties are mostly focusing on social medias but include many other tasks:
1. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
? Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
? Create, curate, and manage all published content (with the help of our design team)
? Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way
? Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
? Develop and expand the community and/or the influencer outreach efforts
? Oversee design (Social Media covers, profile pictures, etc)
? Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
? Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
? Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
2. Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces
3. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan
4. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
5. Demonstrate ability to to map out the architecture of the YouTube channel and establish series of videos to cultivate leads and promote education amongst our customers.
6. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
7. Create a regular publishing schedule
Qualifications and Experience
In order to play this role, some qualifications and experiences will be necessary.
? A deep knowledge and experience about traditional marketing.
? Marketing degree is welcome is welcome but not required with relevant work experience
? Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media (Give links)
? Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side to the analytical side
? Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
? Maintains excellent writing and language skills (Excellent English level required)
? Enjoys the working knowledge of a blogging ecosystem
? Is a team player with the confidence to lead and guide other employees when necessary
? Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google An-lytics
? Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with Opencart.
Salary Range: 10k-20k RMB (depending on your experience and performance)
