职位描述：
Responsibility
1 .Responsible for near miss and safety image program implementation, daily monitoring and tracking.
2.Conduct daily EHS inspection to identify unsafe behaviors and conditions at plant, and take corrective actions immediately.
3.Provide EHS training including orientation training relative employees.
4.Support SOPs with regard to EHS contents. Organize Hazard analysis including JSA,MOC,PTW for introducing new processes and change.
5.Conduct daily inspection to emergency facilities and emergency drill,WWTS & waste gas treatment system, environment and hygiene regular monitoring and testing.

Essential:
1.The job holder is expected to possess exemplary initiatives to create behavioral changes among the shop floor staff in order to achieve the aspirations of the company.
2.The job holder needs to interact and work with all levels of staff within the company. University graduate, with at least 5 years EHS work experience. good communication skillGood oral& written skill for English.
3.The job holder acts as a facilitator, ensuring that EHS management procedures and training programs covering all areas of business activities are available, and tracks those programs to ensure that the progress is according to plan.

Preferred:
1.The job holder does not have direct control of the staff. The use of communication skills is most important.
2.Background with ISO14000&18000 and EHS management experience is preferred. 举报 分享
