职位描述：
英文跟单组长 MERCHANDISE TEAM LEADER (WOMENSWEAR HIGH FASHION)

· 因应公司的营业额要求作出适当的人力安排

· 与办房, 技术及QA/QC部紧密联系，联手合作解决做办及生产上的问题

· 配合客户需要而开发新的布种、物料、印花、绣花厂及生产线

· 有效地与厂方商讨有关做价，质量及货期以达至公司的最高的利益

· 针对客户及品牌的承受能力计价，控制头办, Salesman办及 PP办等的做功, 解决厂方生产上及交货期问题

· 与客户保持紧密及长远的伙伴关系，协助开发新客源

· 十年以上Merchandising经验，熟识美国市场需求，工厂流程，需流利的英语、白话水平

Key Responsibilities :
· Report to HK and coach a team of local Merchandisers to control from sample development, order follow up to production and shipment
· Manage manpower resources to meet Company sales target
· Work closely with Sample Room, Technical and QA/QC teams to find the best way to resolve sampling and production problems
· Develop new resources for sourcing and production including fabric, trim, embroidery factory, mill and garment factory for the customer accounts
· Negotiate with suppliers on price, quality and delivery
· Costing, monitor sampling, production and delivery schedule
· Daily interaction with our US customers, maintain and build relationship, assist Company in developing new customers

Requirements :
· Diploma in textile / clothing or related discipline
· At least 10 years’ relevant experience in handling US market with strong Fashion ladies wear background, minimum 4 years in supervisory capacity
· Previous factory/manufacturing experience an advantage
· Excellent leadership, inter-personal and problem solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace and challenging environment
