• Achieve revenue quota through management and selling with a set of assigned territories
• Build up a strong relationship with channel partners and major accounts
• Identifies end-user sales opportunities and supports reseller efforts to close business
• Improve the territory business coverage through channel development
• Coordinates strategic and tactical selling efforts on Major and Target account.
• Manages the relationship with direct and indirect resellers.
• Proactively participates in joint sales calls and product demonstrations with direct and indirect resellers.
• Understands Zebra's corporate views and will support and defend them.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• In-depth experience in the IT industry of at least five years.
• Major account sales experience. Relevant experience in healthcare, logistics and government industries is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace.
• Experience developing and managing indirect sales channels.
• Proven ability to achieve quotas through channel partnerships.
• Good understanding of business, and able to take the ownership.
• Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the channel partner relationship.
• Proven ability at effectively making formal and informal presentations to all levels of management.
• Good English in written and verbal.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail, number conscious.
• Proactive and service oriented.
