Key Responsibilities:
? Establish the relationship with selected government customers, maintain the exist
marketing share of Zebra solution in government industry
? Drive the achievement of Revenue and profitability targets
? Understand the application of customers, work out at least 2 strategic win in 2009
? Lead and delegate synergistic, company wide approach, team work with all regional
manager and field sales, willing to make the chemistry reaction happened
? Resolve issues and eliminate barriers to allow Zebra penetrate into more government
theatres
? Collaborate with Sales and service team in maintaining a solid partner power base
? Develop exceptional knowledge of the partner's business and their selling processes and
how Zebra differentiate itself from competitors
Key Competences:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? 8 years or more experience in IT industry.
? Strong high touch sales & marketing sense
? Good project management skill and a little knowledge of partner's business.
? Strategic thinking and sales driven.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skill.
? Good Strategic Agility

Professional experience (type, number of years):
At least 3 years working experience on government industries in IT companies, 2 solid record
on major win in government industry
