职位描述：
Daily Order Processing & Control:
日常订单操作及监控：
- Inventory control. Review and analyze material forecast and approve purchase plans.
库存管理: 分析物料需求计划并批准采购计划。
- Follow up purchase orders and shipping schedule.
跟进采购订单及运输计划。
- Check and approve documents for importation and exportation.
审核进出口报关文件。
- Process and check daily Inbound and Outbound deliveries.
处理和审核日常进出仓单。

Cost Control:
成本控制：
- Material costing and propose product selling price.
核算物料成本并计算建议销售价格。
- Price negotiation with foreign suppliers and analyze price evolution.
与各供应商进行议价并分析价格趋势。
- Logistic cost control: service outsource, price negotiation with service providers.
物流成本控制: 服务外包，并与物流供应商进行议价。

Customs Affairs:
海关事务：
- Keep close and good communication with brokers, customs & CIQ.
与报关行及海关、商检等部门保持良好沟通。
- Apply necessary Certificates for customs & CIQ purposes.
根据申报要求向海关、商检等部门进行备案或申请相应文件。
- Trade compliance control.
贸易合规管控。

Other tasks assigned:
其他：
- Complaints and trouble shooting.
投诉及突发问题处理。
- Service control of warehouse vendors and freight forwarders.
仓库、物流供应商服务质素管理。
- Monthly closing report.
月度关帐报告。
- Assist Department manager on SOP improvement, quality control and other projects.
协助部门经理推进改善部门操作流程、质量控制及其他相关项目的工作。

Requirements:
相关职位要求：
- Collage degree or above.
全日制本科毕业。
- Good command in Oral and Written English.
良好的英语口语和写作能力。
- Be sound in Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in ERP is preferred.
熟悉微软软件操作。有ERP经验优先。
- Have Min. 5 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics function. Chemical industry is preferred.
至少五年的供应链或物流的操作经验。有化工行业经验优先。
- Be team player and able to coordinate with other functional teams effectively.
具团队精神，并能与其他各部门进行有效沟通。
- Be familiar with customs and CIQ process is preferred.
熟悉海关及商检的操作优先。
- Be precise and well organized. Be responsible and honest.
做事细心，组织能力强，诚实并具责任感。
- with Financial background such as costing/inventory management is preferred.
