? Run effective recruitment processes for client groups in line with PwC approach
? Manage client relationships
? Liaise with recruitment agencies
? Coach partners and staff on effective interviewing methods
? Assist managers to roll out key national recruitment strategies
? Communicate with key recruitment and HR stakeholders
requirements
? At least three years of recruiting experience in a services or multinational corporation environment.
? Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Sciences.
? Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
? Negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships.
? Client service focused with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility.
? The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
? A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
? A team player.
? Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands.
? A 'can do'attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team.
