Job description:
负责模具或夹具等制作或维修等所需要的电极，钢料等的CNC程序编写，以及协助模具报价，设计，加工和维修
Responsible for programming the programs for all the CNC machining and assisting on mold quotation, design, machining and maintenance.
1. 对各种钢料或夹具等进行编程 programming the programs for steel and jig CNC machining
2. 对模具进行电极拆分和编程 design electrodes and program
3. 协助模具报价，设计，加工和维修 assist on mold quotation, design, machining and maintenance
4.跟进加工进程 follow up machining progress
5.上级交办的其它工作 Other work assigned by the superior

任职资格: Requirement
培训经历: occupational Training requirement:
◆受过模具设计及相关软件应用等方面的培训 Be trained on mold design or related, master PRO/E,UG,POWERMILL,MASTERCAM,AUTOCAD softwares.
◆受过模具制作、钢材、热流道、CNC等方面的培训 Be trained on mold fabrication, steel, hot runner, cnc and heat treatment and so on.
◆安全相关培训 the training courses about the safety

技能技巧: Skills
◆对塑胶产品及模具的结构有深刻的认识，至少有四年的实际模具编程经验.
Good knowledge at tool structure and know-how, at least four years solid mold programming experience.
◆熟练应用办公及模具设计方面的软件 Good at MS application and mold design related softwares
◆熟悉模具加工工序，特别是CNC机器加工Good at mold fabrication processes, especially on CNC machining.
◆精通各种刀具以及相关的应用和影响Proficient at all kinds of cutters and their applications and effects.
◆一定的英文读、写能力 can read and write in English in daily work
