• Develop sample according to client request
• Source new suppliers when need and communicate with our suppliers
• Draft quotation sheet
• Follow on production on a daily basis for update purpose and to resolve issues
• Visit suppliers for onsite check of product quality and overall conformity of the order
• Communicate with inspection companies and laboratories for tests
• Book cargo space and draft shipping and customs documents
• Follow up on delivery
• Handle customer complaints with factories
• Great English speaker
• Fast delivery and attention to details
• Feel responsible of her or his orders and the customer satisfaction
• 3-years experience in trading with a mix of inspection, sourcing and logistic tasks preferred
• Previous experience in the field of displays, merchandising, POS materials highly appreciated
• Great communication skills and team player
• Autocad / AI / Photoshop skills appreciated
